“Float” by Juliette O'Brill

Juliette O'Brill is a life long artist just emerging into the art world. Happy to learn more on every new endeavor! Primarily painting Colorado landscapes, imagined or visited as nature has the best lessons.

Part of the pandemic provided extra time to train by making art everyday. During which, I was learning to use pen /ink and watercolors again after exploring abstract epoxy resin fluid pours and primarily worked with oil paints since before high school. Anatomy class in art college introduced the fine workings and beautiful structure of endoskeletons, aka skeleton bones.

"Float" is part of a series called "Adventures Out with Endo Skelton", first illustrated in 2020 for Inktober; an online artist prompt community. Unintentionally, Juliettes work inherent's a similar vibe to the American artist, Edward Hopper in the way of solitude. In this series, if not alone, Endo Skeleton only hangs with cherubs.
